Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, browsing listings, or otherwise using GoWonderlu (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
GoWonderlu is a technology platform that connects Customers who need items hauled or moved with independent Drivers who provide that service using their own vehicles. GoWonderlu is not a moving company, is not a motor carrier, does not employ Drivers, and is not a party to any agreement between a Customer and a Driver. GoWonderlu's role is limited to facilitating the connection between Customers and Drivers.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Platform. Drivers must hold a valid driver's license, carry valid vehicle insurance, and meet any additional requirements GoWonderlu specifies for the vehicle class they register.
4. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
5. Driver Verification & Approval
Driver accounts and listings are subject to manual review before becoming visible to Customers. GoWonderlu may decline, suspend, or remove a Driver's listing or account at its discretion, including after a pattern of negative Customer reviews. Approval by GoWonderlu is not a guarantee or certification of a Driver's skill, reliability, or insurance status — Customers are responsible for their own judgment when selecting a Driver.
6. Independent Contractor Relationship
Drivers using the Platform are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of GoWonderlu. Drivers control their own schedule, accept or decline jobs at their discretion, and are solely responsible for their own vehicle, fuel, insurance, equipment, and applicable taxes. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between GoWonderlu and any Driver.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for accurately describing the items to be moved, providing safe and reasonable access to pickup and drop-off locations, and being present (or designating someone present) at the agreed time. Customers agree to treat Drivers professionally and to pay the agreed amount for completed work.
8. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers agree to show up for accepted jobs as scheduled, to handle Customers' belongings with reasonable care, to carry valid insurance for their vehicle, and to comply with all applicable traffic and transportation laws. Drivers are solely responsible for the manner in which they perform a job.
9. Booking, Cancellation & No-Shows
Jobs are arranged directly between a Customer and a Driver through the Platform. Either party may cancel a job; repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in account suspension. GoWonderlu may introduce cancellation policies or fees in the future, which will be reflected in an updated version of these Terms.
10. Payments & Fees
Payment processing through the Platform is not yet active. Until it launches, payment arrangements between Customers and Drivers occur outside the Platform and are not managed, held, or guaranteed by GoWonderlu. This section will be replaced with full payment terms once in-platform payments (via Stripe) are live.
11. Prohibited Items & Conduct
The Platform may not be used to arrange transport of illegal goods, hazardous materials, firearms, or any item prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Users agree not to misuse the Platform, misrepresent themselves or their items, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent GoWonderlu's review and rating systems.
12. Insurance & Liability Disclaimer
GoWonderlu does not provide cargo insurance, liability insurance, or any guarantee covering loss or damage to items during a job. Drivers are responsible for maintaining their own applicable insurance. Customers who require coverage for high-value items should arrange their own insurance or discuss coverage directly with their Driver before a job begins.
13. Disputes Between Users
Disputes regarding the condition of items, damage, timing, or payment are between the Customer and the Driver. GoWonderlu may, at its discretion, assist in good faith but is not obligated to mediate, arbitrate, or compensate either party for a dispute arising from a job.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoWonderlu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, the conduct of any user, or the condition of any item transported. GoWonderlu's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount, if any, paid by you to GoWonderlu in the twelve months preceding the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GoWonderlu harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with other users.
16. Dispute Resolution

17. Termination
GoWonderlu may suspend or terminate any account, at any time, for violation of these Terms or for conduct GoWonderlu determines is harmful to the Platform or its users.
18. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may change as GoWonderlu's features change. Continued use of the Platform after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
